Originating from the chocolate shrimp lineage, Green Jade Shrimp benefit from a rich history of selective breeding. This lineage is known for its incredible variety, leading to a spectrum of colors and grades. To maintain their stunning green coloration, careful selective breeding is essential.
As with all Neocaridina shrimp, Green Jade Shrimp thrive in standard Neocaridina water conditions. For optimal visibility, we recommend a light-colored substrate, such as pool filter sand, which we use in our breeding tanks with excellent results.
