Hey there! Just a heads up that our free shipping offer doesn't apply to fish, plants, driftwood, or bulky items like stands and aquariums.

We ship all our fish via Overnight 1-day Shipping. We want to ensure they arrive safe and sound!

Order Processing Time

Our typical processing time is 3-5 business days, except for pre-orders. If it takes longer than 5 days, weโ€™ll let you know by email. Extreme weather might also cause delays, but we'll keep you posted.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (Hard Goods Only with exclusions applied)

  • Orders under $100: Calculated at checkout
  • Orders over $100: Free

UPS 1-Day Costs

  • Orders under $150: $49.99
  • Orders over $150: $34.99

Important Information

  • Shipping Speed vs. Fulfillment Time: The type of shipping you select reflects how quickly your order will be delivered after it ships, not how quickly it will be fulfilled. Check our processing time for more details.
  • Restocking and Cancellation Fees: There's a 20% restocking fee and a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing and labor costs.
  • Processing Fee: All orders are subject to a 4% processing fee.
  • Separate Shipments: Orders with both livestock and hard goods may be shipped separately. Livestock will go via the method you choose at checkout, and hard goods will go via Ground.
  • Shipping Limitations: Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories. Weโ€™re unable to ship livestock to Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.
