Rimless Aquarium Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Aqua Rocks Colorado warrants that its rimless aquariums are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty specifically covers:

  • Structural integrity of the glass panels

  • Bonding and sealing of the silicone joints

  • Craftsmanship defects present at the time of manufacture

If a defect is confirmed by Aqua Rocks Colorado within the warranty period, the company will repair or replace the aquarium at its discretion.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect, including improper handling or installation

  • Damage caused by modifications, drilling, custom alterations, or non-standard stands/supports

  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning agents, chemical exposure, or impact

  • Leaks or failures caused by incorrect leveling or insufficient support

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect structural integrity (scratches, chips after delivery, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Shipping or transportation costs, including shipping to or from Aqua Rocks Colorado

  • Damage occurring during shipping, moving, or relocation of the aquarium

3. Warranty Requirements

To qualify for warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase from Aqua Rocks Colorado or an authorized dealer

  2. Submit clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Ensure the aquarium was placed on a properly rated, level, and stable stand

  4. Use the aquarium for its intended purpose only (freshwater or saltwater aquarium use)

4. Limitations of Liability

Aqua Rocks Colorado is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to livestock, equipment, flooring, furniture, or personal property

  • Consequential or incidental damages resulting from aquarium failure

The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the aquarium.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

Email support@aquarockscolorado.com with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos showing the defect

Aqua Rocks Colorado will review the claim and provide further instructions. If a replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs.

6. Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
